The first year anniversary issue of SHOT Magazine is now out and the Boudoir Dolls are featured in it!! “Shot Magazine is a lifestyle spread for the rich and famous… And the DREAMERS who believe that they deserve a SHOT.” When Shayla was doing her radio show, SHOT’s Editor in chief April Datuin dropped by and explained how Shot Magazine is about featuring things around the Metro that we must be on the look out for, things such as events, people, places, etc…anything that’s worthy of readers to watch out for. It’s also a venue for artists to share their passion and talent to a broader audience… Off air Shayla started telling her about our work as a boudoir photography group and she asked us to pass our article, along with the photos and we could wait and see if it gets picked as one of their stories for their next issue.

Danielle and Arlene both liked the idea so we gathered a team that could help us make our vision for the article come to life. Enter stylist Miel Cabanes, Make up Artist Karen May Reyes, writer Hannah Sanchez and of course models/clients Judith Morales and Amanda Al Jassmi. The outcome was pure boudoir photography bliss. And Hannah wrote such a beautiful article that captured exactly how we want our work to be seen, that we are here to touch women’s lives. We are here to remind women of how beautiful we are despite all the flaws we think we have. We can never stress this enough. We are BEAUTIFUL…Exactly the way GOD made us. Imagine our delight when we were informed that our article had been chosen! God truly makes miracles happen, all you’ve got to do is to give it your best shot whenever an opportunity to praise Him through your work arises. Yeeeey! Hope you guys grab a copy! Not all our shots were chosen so we thought we’d share some more with you guys :)
